```Duties```
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions and treatment plans
- Assist with procedures such as spinal taps, catheter care, and discharge planning
- Utilize electronic medical records system (eClinicalWorks) to accurately document patient information
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,508.00 per week
